4.男孩一个人躺在病房，快死掉了……念念不忘女孩，于是说出了最后的一段独白。画面中男生的脸既英俊又苍白，镜头慢慢移动到男生的眼睛特写，眼球中出现窗外下雨的景色，眼睛里流出最后一滴泪。当男生说完最后的I love U以后，那滴泪滑落，眼皮永久地闭上，画面转到窗外的雨天景色。
