UVA的商学院也是排名在前十里面，在当地可以说就是第一，没有其他学校可以撼动的。不过，要考虑这所学校的商学院不是直接申请进入的，官网上明确说了，希望进入Mclntire商学院的学习的高中生应该申请文理学院，在完成两年文理学院的学习以后在通过申请程序进入Mclntire.
所以，大家清楚了，不用费劲考虑要不要申商学院了，直接申文理学院，进去再说。那么进入文理学院以后，该怎么做呢？最后进入商院的可能性如何？
首先，必须在文理学院学习两年，完成商科需要的先修课程，至少完成54个学分（推荐60-63学分）的学习。在完成两年学习后，按照下面路径操作：
第一步：（10月1日到12月中）每年略不同。请完成注册。
第二步：（第二年1月中）递交申请。
这样，接下来就是招生办公室的事情了，一般会在3月头出结果，3月中之前录取学生决定是否接受录取。当然在录取过程中还有一种情况，叫”deferred”,这个是学生材料不全，或者说招生官希望看到更多信息，往往会要求提供春季的成绩或者一篇额外的文书才能做最后的决定。这种情况一般会在5月底决定。
那么录取难度如何？下面是学校招生主要的考虑因素，基本就是GPA和活动，没有面试。
What factors are considered by the Admission Committee?
The Admission Committee reviews each applicant holistically, and no one factor guarantees admission. Factors taken into consideration include academic performance (GPA, performance in courses related to business, degree of difficulty of courses, and course load taken); co-curricular activities including volunteer and work experience; and evidence of solid communication, teamwork, leadership, and personal skills. Students must have both solid academic and co-curricular performance and display a level of maturity to show they will contribute to the McIntire classroom.
我觉得这种录取对于认真读书的中国人应该不难，录取率在60%左右，GPA中间值在3.7样子，当然，这个GPA还是要花点力气的。

学习Finance的人数最多，接下来是Information Technology, 注意，在商学院不可能所有模块都学到，每个人可以选择1-2个模块，所以这个总数是大于100%的。同时，Mclntire商学院还让学生选择职业导向（Tracks）,下面是学生选择各个方向的比例。有一点要注意，在Mclntire商学院，你只能选择一个主修专业，一个辅修专业，不可能读商学院的两专业。当然可以在其他学院读第二专业，或者辅修第二个专业，约有20%的学生这么做。
