最近几年来，随着国内企业信息化进程的不断加快，企业对高水平信息化实用型人材的需求不断增长，为合适这类需要，很多高校都开设了ERP课程，学生把握的信息化知识的深度和广度都有了很大的进步。与此同时，由于高校中开设ERP课程的历史较短，和教学经验和教学条件等方面的限制，在培养出的学生质量与满足企业实际需求之间仍存在一定差距。
高等学校承当着为社会培养高水平专业人材的崇高使命，同时也面临着来自学生就业的压力和不断进步教学质量的压力。那末：
甚么是合适中国国情的信息化人材，找到合适自己的教学理念?如何在“校企同盟”的教育改革模式下，打造企业需要的信息化人材?如何让没有任何贸易实战经验的大学生初出校门即得到社会的青睐……
这些都是中国高校信息化领域的老师一直在思考的题目。实际上，在过往几年中，很多高校的老师通过自己的辛苦工作，在信息化人材培养、教学课程的内容设计和情势改革方面不断探索，已总结了一些宝贵的经验。另外一方面，一些高校的老师在与企业合作推动信息化教学的`进程中也在不断创新，并且获得了一定的成绩。
为了与全国高校管理学院从事信息化教学的老师们针对上述题目同享我们的经验，北京大学光华管理学院和将神州数码管理系统有限公司在11月9日召开“高校如何培养企业需要的信息化人材”的大型研讨会。在这次会议上，我们希看通过此次大会提供一个高校教师之间、高校和企业之间充分交换的场所，使来自全国各高校的教师在教学方法、课程建设、实验教学等方面进行深进的探讨，探索校企上风互补及资源同享的途径，并通过凝听企业的心声来获知社会对人材需求的特点。使高校与企业悉知各自所应扮演的角色，从而为中国社会信息化的发展和普及做出应有的贡献。
