Good bookstore is a cultural landmark of the city but nowadays more bookstores are disappearing from China city center. ANBOUND chief researcher Chen Gong highlighted that the city authorities should focus on community management in the future post land economic era. Community management is inseparable from the cultural facilities construction which is community core. The local governments" investment on cultural facilities is depending on its understanding towards new urbanization. The local governments should prevent culture from disappearing in order to promote new urbanization.
