The Chinese leaders have been opposing the western political model of "separation of powers" all this while. Therefore, many people believe that China adopt the approach of one absolute power, which is not true. ANBOUND chief researcher Chen Gong thinks that although China doesn"t accept or approve the concept of “separation of powers”, but it doesn’t mean that China only has one power.
