北卡的Kenan-Flager商学院是商学院中排名很靠前的商学院。学费便宜，就业容易，性价比非常高。根据网上信息，富国银行和美国银行是北卡Kenan-Flager商学院的最大雇主，同时，北卡Kenan-Flager商学院也是夏洛特银行的目标校，去纽约也可能。在他眼里比弗吉尼亚大学和密歇根大学略弱，但是好过范德堡和威廉玛丽。
I myself don"t have personal experiences with Kenan-Flagler recruiting yet (applying for it this summer), but one of my parents is an ex-Wall Street university executive and has asked around about the different schools at UNC. Kenan-Flagler definitely has a large advantage over Arts and Sciences, and Wells Fargo and Bank of America are two of the largest employers upon graduation. Based on what I"ve heard and read on here, UNC Kenan-Flagler is a target for Charlotte banking and a semi-target for New York, just below the level of schools like UVA and Michigan, but probably a little bit better than Vanderbilt and William and Mary.

那么如何申请呢？难度如何呢？
在新入学的学生中，如果能够录取“Assured Enrollment Program”那么就等于直接进入了商学院，这是最棒的，但是这样的人数非常少。
大部分学生是第一年入学北卡，然后按照转学的方式申请的。
这种其实就是转学申请，基本流程分两个部分：
1. 在7月1日前，选择你要变更你的专业。选择Kenan-Flager商学院。
2. 基本在一天样子，收到账号，你就可以建立账户，递交申请材料。
Part 1:Declare your intent to change your major/minor.
On July 1, the 2020 application for the undergraduate business major and minor will open. In order to access the application, you must declare your intent to change your major or minor at least one business day in advance of the deadline in order to access and complete the application on time. We strongly advise you to begin the process well in advance of the deadline so you have ample time to complete your application. The application process begins when you officially declare your intent to change your major/minor through ConnectCarolina, by following the steps below:
1. Login to ConnectCarolina and proceed to Self Service > Student Center.
2. From the “other academic” drop-down section adjacent to your class schedule select “Apply for Change of Major/Minor.”
3. Select “Kenan-Flagler Undergraduate Business” from the Major/Minor drop-down.
4. If you agree to the terms, click “I Agree” and “Submit Request.”
Part 2:Complete the Application
Once your change of major/minor is submitted and processed, you should receive an email within 24 hours with a link to activate your account and begin the Undergraduate Business Program online application. This process may take up to 1 business day to complete, so submit your request well before the application deadline.
在筛选过程中主要考虑以下几点：

课程上的要求主要是下面这些，有学生建议微积分和宏微观经济学用AP的5分来冲抵，据说在学校拿高分比较难。
Business Pre-Requisite CoursesAdmission to the business major is contingent upon the successful completion of all business pre-requisite courses (C or better) or equivalent transfer credit for the following:
· Calculus (MATH 152 or MATH 231 or STOR 113)
· ECON 101 Introduction to Economics (Hybrid Macro and Micro Course)
· STOR 155 Introduction to Statistics
· BUSI 102 Financial Accounting
· ECON 410 Intermediate Micro-Economics
Students planning to complete their degree within 4 academic semesters at UNC, must transfer all but ECON 410 into UNC. Students will not gain full access to register for business core or elective courses until all requirements have been complete. If planning to take business courses in the fall semester, students are encouraged to consider taking ECON 410 at UNC over the summer prior to entry.
最新的录取信息在官网上的是，一共有350人录取，GPA的中间值是3.65。SAT这个分对中国孩子来说应该没难度。印象中UT AUSTIN的GPA要求要接近3.85+，比它高一些。（见拿到UT AUSTIN录取的一定要珍惜啊！）
我翻到了网上一些非官方的录取信息，应该是500多人申请，应该有50%以上的录取率。这么看来，对于中国学生来说，真去申请，难度应该不算高。
综上，我感觉如果考虑商科+前30，北卡录取以后再转学应该是一个可选项。
