　　[设计说明]作为语言运用部分的阅读文章，＂世界上最有用的礼物清单＂通过图文结合的方式，介绍了一些特殊的礼品，阅读难度不大。所以只设计了两个练习来帮助学生理解课文内容。第一个练习是学生快速阅读后回答问题，第二个练习是仔细阅读后找出合适的捐赠项目。之后，可以简单提提文中出现的短语：in need，choose from，及两个名词短语sewing machine，trunk library。
